I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
After receiving my undergraduate degree from Santa Clara University, I battled chronic health conditions and went through my own weight-loss journey. After losing 100 lbs, cleaning up my diet, and regularly exercising, my chronic conditions greatly improved, demonstrating firsthand the power of fitness and nutrition to improve overall health and well-being.
My passion has become helping others overcome similar battles, whether from weight-gain or muscle-loss, and encouraging long term success. My personal journey helps me form a unique connection with clients. I have a special interest in the connection between nutrition, fitness, and hormone health. In addition, I am excited to be in the Physical Therapy Assistant program and look forward to applying my knowledge in this area to future workouts!
I aim to bring fun and effective workout programs to my community, ensuring my clients are reaching their goals and, more importantly, enjoying the process! Adapting new habits, especially in fitness, can be difficult if you don't have the proper support. I am here to be your biggest supporter!
